Success In Finance
Finance is a career dealing with assets, other people's money and investing that money to grow for their clients, organization and themselves.
In an astrological sense we automatically think about the 2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th houses for career in finance.
2nd house is wealth, money, banking, 8th house is other people's money, assets and estates, 5th house is gambling, investing and stock market while 11th house shows the gains through what we invested.
The planes that play a part in career and interest in finance is

These are the primary planets. Saturn and Sun come secondary when we think of specific type of finance like commodities, gold and metal.
Mercury is a natural manager, business man and accountant. Someone who loves dealing with money. Jupiter being the karaka of 2nd, 5th and 11th house shows wealth or abundance of wealth, growth and expansion. Venus represents cash money itself. The money you can hold. Currency trading is seen through Venus.
Mars on the other hand has nothing to do with money, wealth, banking but it plays a huge role of strength, courage and energy. Mars brings flow of energy where ever it sits. Sitting in Money houses it shows money comes and goes, comes and goes. One needs courage and quick impulsive thinking to aggressively go after money or other people's money. Finance is also shows greed, having lust for material things is what really draws people to deal with other people's money. This is where Rahu comes in, Rahu should influence a person towards money and wanting all the material things.

These nakshatra represents growth, lust, worldly desire, material desire and wanting to control other's lives or their assets.
Time of birth and Amatyakarka play the biggest role for someone to go into finance. Depending upon the time of birth you are born and the planet that controls those hours as in Mars controls 3 hours at night while Saturn controls 2 hours before sunrise, such planets and their sign lords shows how and where the wealth is coming from. These are not your normal hourly horas. This requires dividing the day and night in 3 parts each.
The second thing is amatyakarka, planet with the 2nd highest degree which will be your force in career. Jupiter and Mercury have always played the biggest role in this case. These two planets show advisor and client, student and teacher, manager and director, wealth and management of wealth.
chara rashi as in movable zodaic signs need to be prominent and occupied by these planets because fixed signs do not like the fluctuation of money in their life. They need fixed income; finance is a career mostly depends upon commission and base salary.
The combination that shows a banker is 10th and 11th lord being in 11th house aspected by 2nd house with the planets and nakshatra I described. Such planets much also be in specific nakshatras and one of them has to be the amatyakarka or lord of sign in which hora planet is placed in. You can also use "Sign" based aspects as well which is not just part of Jamini astrology but also Prashara in case you haven not read BPHS.
2nd house planets or lord must be aspected, connected or placed in sign/nakshatra for lust and need for material goods. No one goes into finance wanting to give their service for free to better the world, it's all about making the big bucks at the end of the day. You do not invent the next energy saving bulb, or self driven car in financial career; it's all about making the most money.
2nd combination is 10th lord in 2nd house connected with 11th lord while receiving the aspect of Jupiter via Jupiter's aspect or rashi aspects as in sign aspects.
Now when we talk about money and finance one thing that must be analyzie is binnashtakavarga and serashtakavarga, especially of Lagna and current mahadasha you are running. I have not made videos on this yet but I will teach this in my online school next year.
1. You must have DHAN yogas in your horoscope. Rajyogas are not so necessary but Dhan yoga must be present before even thinking of going into finance.
2. The dasha of those dhan yoga planets must be operating at the right time in your life. Having dhan yoga come in at 50 won't do much in finance career. You are a dinosaur by 40 now-a-days.
3. If you are born in day time then your ascendant should also be in Sun half degree, if you are born at night then your ascendant should be moon half degree which is known as hora. Daytime people will do better in Jupiter, Sun Venus dasha and night time people do better in Moon, Mars and Saturn dasha. Being born in twlight is considered great as it's a natural position due to Mercury.
3. You must receive high points in asthakavarga 11th and 2nd from certain planets. I won't tell you how many points minimum or maximum but this is the cherry on cake.
Also know the desh-kaal-patra: in 15 years financial career will be obsolete, at least in United States. Even now investment banking is dead, computers are now doing investment banking for a single senior manager. There is hardly anyone at the NYSE. Accounting and Finance will be replaced by computers so think twice before choosing this as a profession. There are apps today that do your taxes regardless if you are a W-2. sole-p, LLC, Scorp, C-corp, partnership etc.., we can only image these softwares will become more and more intelligent. Even all the tax loopholes will be included in the app in future so you do not even need to consult a CPA. Certain countries will take a lot longer to switch so do the homework.
